October 3
Not only is October one of the most beautiful months in Scotland, its also full of memories. Our relationship officially began on October 14, 2018 after Julia flew from New York City to visit Ethan in St Andrews. In the 6 years since, we've lived together in 3 countries and 5 different homes—including a 6 month stint on Cape Cod with Julia's grandmother, Nonni. When we first started talking about getting married, we knew one thing for sure: the date.
Nonni married Julia's grandfather, Grampy, on October 3, 1959. They spent over 60 years together—years that included 4 daughters, 7 grandchildren, 18 trips abroad, and countless delicious meals. We couldn't imagine a better marriage to aspire to. We're hoping that this special date will hold some magic for us.
